Before you begin your journey of self and professional development with us, please take a few moments to read through this document, which contains important information about our services and policies. Professional Services: Coaching is a collaborative process designed to help you explore issues, come to a greater understanding of yourself, overcome roadblocks, and achieve your aspirations. It involves a relationship between you and a trained professional who has the competency and willingness to help you journey towards your goals in a safe and non-coercive setting. We believe each person has the potential to live a fulfilling life, and they can be architects of their own transformation.
Confidentiality agreement: The information obtained from you will remain confidential and will not be shared with anyone outside Personality Matters except under the following conditions: (1) At your request; (2) Perceived risks to commit serious harm to yourself or others; (3) Information indicating the abuse of children; and (4) Valuable information during a medical emergency.
Appointments and fees: A standard session takes 50-60 minutes and is charged at SGD180-240 (depending on seniority level of the coach). We appreciate prompt arrival for appointments. Please notify us beforehand if you will be late. A full fee may charged for missed appointments without advanced notice (of at least 24 hours) or valid reasons. If sessions exceed the allotted 60 minutes, charges for any additional time will be pro-rated in 15-minute blocks. The fee level is subject to change if conditions make it necessary. But we will inform you of this in advance.
Coaching calls: As part of your coaching journey, we will be including a free coaching call (5-10min, phone or Zoom) in between sessions. The purpose of this optional coaching call is to briefly catch up on your application of the skills and action plans.
Payment: You will receive an invoice at the start of each month for all sessions conducted within the previous month. We currently accept payment transfer via internet banking – details will be provided in the invoice.
