Justin specialises in coaching, facilitation and research in the areas of personality types, learning and cognitive-behavioural sciences. He has over 15 years of experience in providing critical insights to help clients thrive in personal and professional capacities.


Justin has coached clients from a variety of industries, including those in senior management roles. He integrates principles of CBT, personality types, lead management and mindfulness to help clients get unstuck and achieve both personal and professional aspirations. He believes in making coaching a safe, friendly and empowering process.

Drawing on his background in psychology and HR, Justin delivers experiential, do-able and yet impactful training programmes and solutions. Seasoned in administering various human capital assessment tools, he sees his role as partnering organisations to develop its people, enhance communications and drive change in order to better achieve their strategic priorities. Justin holds an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA), and is also a Gnowbe certified microlearning instructional designer. Corporate clients served include financial institutions and institutes of higher learning across the Asia-Pacific region.
